- Shipping
Good Times Ltd. ships to all possible destinations worldwide. Delivery Point will be as specified in the Order by Buyer. All Products are sent via Registered Airmail or EMS, once full payment is cleared. Good Times will ship the Products as instructed by Buyer. Registered Airmail – Please allow up to 28 business days for Registered Airmail delivery.EMS (Express Mailing System) – Delivery via EMS is assured within 14 business days. Good Times will do everything in its power to make sure that the Order delivery will reach its destination in the safest and fastest way possible. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays that shall not be the responsibility of Good Times.
- International Customs and Imports
Good Times does not collect payment for Customs, VAT and or any import taxes. The Buyer is solely responsible for the payment of these fees, which vary from country to country. Good Times has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For further information, Buyer should contact the local customs office.

Once the defective Product has been received at Good Times head office Buyer will receive a refund or exchange right, pursuant to the warranty guidelines of the manufacturer of the Products.The above warranty will not apply to damage caused by abuse, misuse or unauthorized repairs or changes performed by Buyer or the user.
- Limitation of Liability
THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF ANY OF THE PRODUCTS OFFERED REMAINS WITH BUYER. IN NO EVENT SHALL GOOD TIMES OR ITS LICENSORS OR ANY OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, INFORMATION OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE ORDER OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY OF THE PRODUCTS, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE PRODUCTS EVEN IF GOOD TIMES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING ELSE IN THE ORDER OR THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY THAT GOOD TIMES SHALL HAVE IS LIMITED TO ANY AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID TO GOOD TIMES BY BUYER.
- Return and Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled by Buyer within 24 hours from the time of Order for a full refund of Order via a simple request to Good Times via e-mail to: OrdersAHebrewToday.com.Any order canceled past this time of ordering will be treated as a returned order. Without derogating from the above, Buyer may cancel an Order within 7 days from the date of Order. In the event that the Order has already been processed by Good Times, the Buyer shall only be entitled to receive the refund after the Order has been returned (in its original packaging, sealed and unused) to Good Times Head Office. In any such instance, once an Order has been dispatched and canceled by Buyer, the refund will not include the shipping charges and processing fees born by Good Times. At any case, If the buyer has subscribed to one of Good Times Periodicals and received a number of issues before announcing of cancellation, a charge will be made for the partial part of subscription used by the buyer. In case of personalized Products, which have exclusively been produced for Buyer, such as necklaces, handicrafts, etc. the Buyer is aware that there will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned and canceled Orders unless such cancellation is made within 24 hours from Order.

By purchasing one of Good Times publications through HebrewToday.com, this website, you agree to purchase an ongoing subscription that will be automatically renewed by the Good Times staff as soon as your subscription runs out. Good Times will provide buyers with a prior e-mail message reminding the above automatic renewal just before the subscription period is over. The lack of reply by the buyer will be seen as consent to renew the same subscription in the same conditions.
